This fall, follow along with 11 San Diego State University students scattered across four continents as they complete fall semester and academic year study abroad programs, as well as two international students studying in San Diego.

Marcella Anderson
Verona, Italy
Marcella is a foods and nutrition major with a minor in interdisciplinary studies through the Weber Honors College. She is studying abroad during fall semester at IUSVE University in Verona.
Hayley Chase
Prague, Czech Republic
Hayley is a senior majoring in hospitality and tourism management. She is spending a semester abroad at the Czech University of Life Sciences.
Kat Dai
Beijing, China
Kat is a fourth year International Security and Conflict Resolution major and Chinese minor. She is studying at the University of Peking for an academic year, where she will concurrently be eating lots of Peking duck.
Emiliano Estrada
Glasgow, United Kingdom
Emiliano is a third year economics major. He is studying at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland during fall semester.
Emily Estrada
Stockholm, Sweden
Emily is a junior attending SDSU Imperial Valley in Calexico, Calif. She will be participating in an SDSU study abroad exchange program at Stockholm University during fall semester.
Kat Hidalgo
Perth, Australia
Kat is a fourth-year kinesiology (physical therapy emphasis) major. She is studying at Murdoch University in Western Australia for the fall semester.
Chase Knowles

Chase is a junior studying in Germany for a full academic year. He is an aspiring sports business professional who’s backup career plan is to be a travel blogger.
Meredith Muller
Reims, France and Amman, Jordan
Meredith is a second year ISCOR major and Honors International Studies minor. She is spending her fall semester in France, and spring semester in Jordan.
Mauro Abel Ordiano
Pecs, Hungary
Abel is a current third year at SDSU studying international security and conflict resolution with a minor in religious studies. A first generation college student who is ready to explore the world, he is studying fall semester at the University of Pecs.
Vanessa Reynolds
Cergy-Pontoise, France
Vanessa is a non-traditional senior and transfer student studying international business at the ESSEC Business School in Cergy-Pontoise, France for the 2018-2019 academic year.
Chasejamison Akilah Manar Spears
Accra, Ghana
Chasejamison is studying sociology, cultural proficiency and leadership. She is studying at the University of Ghana for the entire academic year.

The Philippines
Marjon is a fourth-year comparative international studies major. He is originally fromĀ the Philippines and spent 12 years in Taiwan prior to his arrival at SDSU.
